Step 2: Using the same email and password combination that you use to log in to the Vetrax App, log in to the Vetrax Client Portal.
Step 3: From the following screen, select "My Autoship."
You may now change your delivery frequency, shipping address and payment method as needed by selecting "Change" from below the relevant field.
You may adjust which items are shipped, the quantity of items shipped, elect to skip a shipment, or cancel your autoship subscription entirely from the item details page. You may access this page by selecting the product itself from below the Payment Method.
As your Vetrax® Sensor's monitoring plan is a part of your autoship subscription, your sensor will no longer upload data once you have cancelled your subscription.
