Can I discontinue the plan I assigned to one of my patients? Print

Step 1: Log in to the Vetrax® Veterinarian Portal.
Step 2: Select the name of the patient on the appropriate patient card.
Step 3: Select the "Plan" tab from the top of the screen.
Step 4: Select the pull-down arrow to the right of the "Change Plan" button.
Step 5: Select "Cancel Plan".
Step 6: Read the alert pop-up and make a selection, then select "Cancel Plan".
Step 7: You will be prompted to confirm the cancellation; select "Yes" to confirm.
