Can I change the plan I assigned to one of my patients? Print

Step 1: Log in to the Vetrax® Veterinarian Portal.
Step 2: Select the name of the patient on the appropriate patient card.
Step 3: Select the "Plan" tab from the top of the screen.
Step 4: Select "Change Plan" from the right-hand side of the screen.
Step 5: Select the "Monitoring Plan" tab from the bottom of the screen.
Step 6: Select the plan that best suits your patient's needs.
Step 7: Select "Next" from the bottom right corner of the screen.
Step 8: Read the alert pop-up and make a selection. If selecting "Use Express Settings", skip ahead to Step 11 of this guide. If selecting "Customize Info", continue to Step 9.
Step 9: Enter details of the patient's condition(s) and treatment(s) as needed, then select "Next" from the bottom right corner of the screen.
Step 10: Enter details for the required targets and/or select "Add New Target" and enter all required information, then select "Next" from the bottom right corner of the screen.
Step 11: Skip the following "Sensor" tab by selecting "Next" again; this will bring you to the "Client Info" tab. Verify the client's information and payment method are correct, then select "Next" to continue.
Step 12: Review the data and select "Place Order". You will be prompted to confirm the changes; select "Yes" to confirm.
