Conditions and treatments are normally established when onboarding a new patient in the Vetrax® Veterinarian Portal. Follow these steps if you would like to add or edit conditions and treatments for an existing patient.

Step 1: Log in to the Vetrax® Veterinarian Portal.

Step 2: Select the name of the patient on the appropriate patient card.



Step 3: Select the "Condition/Treatment" tab from the top of the screen.



Step 4: Select "Edit" from the bottom right corner of the screen.



Step 5: You may now add or edit conditions and treatments as needed. When finished, select "Save" from the bottom right corner of the screen.
