Step 2: Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your smartphone, tablet, or mobile device.
Step 3: Open the Vetrax® App and select the silhouette button on the bottom right of your screen. This will open the "More" tab.
Step 4: Select "Devices".
Step 5: Select the device number next to your dog's avatar.
Step 6: The Vetrax® App will attempt to connect to the sensor. You will receive a "Sensor Connected" message when the connection occurs.
If the message reads "Could not connect to sensor. Make sure sensor is nearby", select "Devices" from the top left corner of your screen and repeat steps 1 and 2. Then, repeat steps 5 and 6.
Step 7: When you receive the "Sensor Connected" message, select "Manage Wi-Fi Network".
Step 8: Select "Change Wi-Fi Network".
Step 9: Enter the network name (SSID) and password in the appropriate fields, then select "Save". If your mobile device is currently connected to a Wi-Fi network, the network name (SSID) will auto-populate.
Step 10: Select the back arrow from the top left corner of your screen, then select "Sync Now".
A failed connection will be indicated by the sensor LED flashing blue three to five times, followed by three red pulses. If this occurs, repeat steps 5 through 10. A successful connection will be indicated by the sensor LED flashing blue three to five times, followed by a solid-blue light indicating the sensor is uploading its data. When the upload is complete, the sensor LED will return to flashing green once every 15 seconds.
